Happy #internationalwomensday! This is the perfect opportunity to take a step back and reflect on the tremendous progress that's already been made but also to recognise the journey that we still have to go on. It's my fourth year in a row that I've organised IWD for Capgemini Invent UK and every single year I feel that we've gone bigger, bolder, and braver in our choices. This year we have really honed in on the theme of #EmbraceEquity with a fantastic line-up of external speakers and internal role models; and a mix of practical workshops with inspirational life and career stories. Let's be clear though; IWD should not just be a short term D&I feel-good factor, we hope to drive real tangible changes - and that's why I am so incredibly proud to work at an organisation that is genuinely supportive.
